Students will be able to do the following after completing the workshop:
• Understand who makes decisions in the implementation of the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, as well as the Canadian Citizenship Act and Regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge and abilities in regards to the practical needs for application submissions, such as guidance, document checklists, application forms, and supporting documents.
• Apply the necessary information and abilities to help a professional, effective, and efficient immigration practise.
• Follow the professional code of ethics.
• Demonstrate the attitudes, values, and ethical standards necessary to assist in an immigration consulting office or legal business.
• Communicate with clients and individuals in a clear and effective manner.
